Dear ISEE-AWPC members,
ISEE-AWPC is inviting students and new researchers (SNRs) and Early Career Researchers (ECRs) with passion in environmental epidemiology to submit their proposals for the ISEE-AWPC Membership Award. The purpose of the ISEE-AWPC membership award is to support the new generation of environmental epidemiology investigators in their career advancement. This award offers ISEE membership for one year to SNRs and ECRs who are working in the field of environmental health epidemiology. Researchers with career interruptions (relocation, maternity leave) are also encouraged to apply.
Gaining ISEE membership will provide:
A valuable forum for researchers to share ideas and perspectives so we can collectively work for the future of environmental epidemiology
Networking opportunities with pioneers of environmental health studies, researchers, practitioners, and colleagues
Connects you to the global network of professionals in academia and industries
Regular updates about the upcoming events, webinars, conferences, and symposium
The awardees are expected to participate actively in the ISEE and/or ISEE-AWPC conferences, and support AWPC activities like assisting communication committee in updating website, drafting newsletter, etc.
They are also required to disseminate ISEE activities through different Social Networking Sites.
* We are searching for members who are willing to continue their membership even when they finish membership awards.
Be a student, post-doctoral trainee, new or early career researcher. OR Completion of an Honours or Master’s degree in the relevant discipline (e.g.: environmental epidemiology, environmental health science), and evidence of participation in higher level study relevant to discipline or professional area).
Preference will be given to eligible ISEE-AWPC members working/studying in the Lower- and Middle-income countries.
